We offer three roles to suit your skills and availability:
1. Operational Hill Team Member
Following a structured four-stage induction and training process, you’ll gain all the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to become a successful operational team member, ready to respond to callouts in challenging terrain.
2. Operational Support
For those who prefer to assist behind the scenes, this vital role involves providing administrative support to the team and helping the control team during live callouts.
3. CBMRT Champions
Want to help in your own way without committing to a full-time role? Become a CBMRT Champion! This group of incredible supporters offers their skills on a casual basis – whether you’re a photographer, graphic designer, mechanic, or just someone who wants to staff events or help where needed, your contributions are invaluable to our team. It’s a flexible and rewarding way to support us, share your expertise, and be part of our mission to save lives.
